• Improved service gross margin through increased billable utilization, implementing KPIs,  ticket management and operational improvements.
• Built cybersecurity practice from inception. Earned CISSP qualification in 2023.
• Implemented AI automation producing 10% labor savings in first year.
• At PCG, migrated 100+ MRR clients onto standardized contracts with consistently defined products and services.
• Led implementation of Sea-Level Operations (now Pax8 Academy) best practices across service delivery, project management and business operations, standardizing ConnectWise PSA workflows and operational processes.
• At Fuze, led migration of 300+ business customers from Whaleback to Fuze UC platforms. Migration achieved schedule goals and exceeded target metrics for revenue generation and customer retention.
• At Fuze, managed 30+ carrier vendors in 50+ countries. Reduced unit costs by more than 25% in 2016 alone. Led program to meet multinational regulatory compliance requirements.
• At Whaleback Managed Services, instrumental in raising two rounds of venture finance and the sale to ThinkingPhones (Fuze).
• Managed teams of 20+ across multiple functions including service desk, professional services, cybersecurity, pre-sales support, finance and HR.
